Charmeuse comes from a french word meaning "Charming lady". It is always in lustrous, or even shiny and reflective appearance, because of its satin weaving structure.

Very soft in touch and thin as well. Generally does not exceed 100gsm so it is very flowing. It is quite slippery so be cautious when handling.

Applicable on bridal wear, evening dresses and other formal ladies dresses. It can also be used on casual garment like blouses, lingerie, handkerchiefs, ties, or even serves as lining.
